I juz finished watching the Jap Drama series Moto Kare before my night shift .

It's funny how ppl say time heals everything (I do say it too). But... does it? I think not. Time doesn't heal your pains, your hurt; time merely make one forget. Juz like how Makoto & Toji forget that they still love each other very much after 2 years of separation.

Of course, poor Nao.. if only Makoto hadn't appear then perhaps Nao and Toji would end up happily ever after... maybe until Toji's path crossed with Makoto's. I hated the way Nao cut herself to prevent Toji from leaving her. Wtf she thinking? Why can't ppl think first before doing something stupid?

Juz like those stupid teenagers/adults who tried to commit suicide juz because their loved one dumped them. Why can't they think abt their parents who raised them or their siblings before they do something that stupid. Do they think committing suicide will solve the problem?

My personal favourite are the jumpers. Ho ho... To all the morons who have jumped from whatever floor to commit suicide AND survived; my piece of advise, next time (if there is any) please please choose the tallest building and jump from the TOP floor. And if you're afraid of heights, there are less scarier ways to die like popping sleeping pills. Doing half-fuck jumps will juz deplete the already-very-low-national-blood-stock. You're not doing anyone any good, really!! If you're meant to die, you'll die from the stupidest ways you can think of. In the mean time, pls pls juz live!

By intentionally cutting herself, Nao was able to prevent Toji from leaving her. But Toji was just deceiving himself of his true feelings for Makoto. Was he forcing himself to love Nao because it's the right thing to do? How many of us are in that situation? Forcing ourselves to love someone because that's the right thing to do? Like because they've been together for so many years, why break it? So many of us are so afraid of being alone that we end up being in a relationship juz for the sake of being in one. Like how I was in that type of situation previously.

I don't know what gave me the courage to break away from a 5 years relationship, I guess I don't want to be tied to something based on guilt. And I guess many people would call me stupid or crazy for not trying to salvage what I had instead of running away (which is what i do best most times, run away, pretend nothing happened).

At the end of the day, yes I may be selfish but at least I'll be happy. I am happy and I have no single regret at all. Now if only Ter had shown up wayyyyy earlier *smack butt*!!

gee.. ever since Ivan, Liang Ping n Farrah started playing SIMS 3 recently, I kinda wanted to start playing again. Told dear that I'm thinking of playing it and even checked if Challenger @ United Square sell it or not (they do if u're wordering). And the next thing I know, he sms-ed me saying he got me the game SIMS 3!! woootttttttttttt!!! Surprise surprise!! Thank you darlinggggggg!! Gonna install it n play it tmr!! (If I can't get a grp to do Naxx 25 on Mooladine lol....)

Went to a pug naxx 25 yesterday afternoon hosted by New Dawn, only Gluth, Thaddius, Military quarter, Saph and KT left. Won a Tier 7.5 chest!! Wheee damn happy, still thinking what to exchange, probably Tanking chest, not sure hehe... Pug broke at Four Horsemen cuz the back ppl seems to keep dying... Gee.. doing the back muz be tough, i'm soooo glad i'm not doing the back *lol*

I've been getting lazy to update my blog again *yawn* I got this thing abt routines, I'd do them and then...... after a while... hehe.... Oh well, I will get back to doing it again, juz a matter of time.

On night shift again today. It's nice doing night shift on Tuesdays.. juz because it's WOW maintenance day! haha! Doesn't matter that I'm pretty occupied tonight... lotsa blood requests and specimens to do zz..... Lucky I took over Joy juz now and not some other goondus.... She's so nice as to finish the transfusion reaction case before she left. Love u Joy!

Yawn... better stop writing now.... Kinda hungry... can't wait to go home to munch on the Portuguese egg tarts that dear bought for my breakfast later hehe

Mooladine OT debut on Naxx 25!!

ho ho ho... This morning Mooladine went as OT to Naxx 25 held by Hellstrike. *lawl* Her first debut as an OT went pretty well. hee....

First quarter we cleared was construct, I was main OT-ing Patchwerk cuz the other 2 tanks health was more, was a little afraid at start but glad everything went well, we manage to 1 shot Patchwerk. wooott!! Was hoping Heritage would drop cuz the other tanks have it already but... haiz... no luck. Fleshless Girdle drop, but I already have it.... =( The other Pally tank Himesama won it by a roll of 2 *lol* lucky fella. =D

Next up was Grobbulus, I was assigned to tank the adds, pretty easy job hee... we manage to 1 shot it as well. But.... haiz tank drop was Chestguard of the Exhausted which again, I already have it.

A DK tank and me was assigned to kite the mobs at the back for Gluth... A little panic strike... but lol i guess kiting on pally tank is pretty ok lol... I was surprised Gluth was down after juz 1 Decimate!! I was like... "huh? over already?" lol... This time round wooott!! Pally Tier 7.5 drop!! And I won!!! yayyyyyy!! Exchanged it for Valorous Redemption Legguards. Whee.... bye bye T7 pants hehe...

Can't clear Thaddius for some reason, tink got agro issues, either the dps didn't wait or the tank can't frontload a lot of threat at start. I dun know, cuz i can see the mini boss yoyo-ing between tank n dps. I was juz a tank support for Himesama then. Neway, we wipe tink like 3 times there when the RL decided we shud head to Spider wing to get some morale up a bit.

My internet connection went bonkerz all of a sudden... *SIANZ* keep on dc-ing!! arghhhhhhhhh!! Lucky no tank drops from Anub'Rekhan & Grand Widow Faerlina or I would SUE Starhub! Geezz... why 12 Mbps connection get so SUCKY!?

Neway, raid breaks then cuz supposed to continue tmr same time. I hope they'd wait for me cuz I knock off night shift at 7.30am. RL say he wud hehe... juz hope Kamini wun be late tmr morning to take over me.

After that I tried tanking for 10m VOA on mooladine, opted to tank Emalon cuz well not so confident to tank the adds hehe.. it went pretty well, juz sucked that no pally drops..

Cleared 10m n 25m Voa on Catatoniac but no shammy drops haiz.......

Then 1 healed 9m OS on pally, a bit stressed worrying but 1 shot-ed it, phew! Starting to like healing on Pally more than on Shammy....

I may be tolerant, but there's a limit to how much crap I can take.... *sigh*

Tell me why do I have to clear ppl's unfinished work when I start my shift? Why do I have to tidy up my workplace when there are clearly mOrE ppl in the day than at night? Tell me why is there a specimen from Emergency Department received at 6pm still lying unvefiried when I arrive for wrk at 8.30pm? Tell me why is there a whole row of specimens waiting for me to clear when it's clearly not busy at all? huh?? Tell me tell me......... arghhhhhhhhhhhh!!

It's getting quite annoying working in a place like this. The good colleagues always leaves leaving all the crappy ones behind. And the few of us are left to clean up the mess.

Maybe it's time to leave......... maybe I should have taken Nic's offer for the job opening as a Lab Biologist at her place... After all... it's only a matter of time before Ivan leaves this place also.. *sigh* I no longer love my job..

If u're wondering abt my title..... *chuckles* Went to Daily Scoop juz now at Clementi with our usual Food Gang, sort of a treat for my upcoming bonus in July heee....

So! We happen to order this ice cream called "Butterscotch Pecan" flavor.. and Terence got this "orgasmic" look on his face when he ate it... not once or twice.... but... EVERYTIME! We were quite worried that he'll die from multiple orgasm combo in like... 1/2 hr? *LOL* It was damn farneeeeeee!

Lucky Xav manage to catch that look on Terence while he's at it. 4 of us ganged up once we got home in msn grp chat using Ter's "orgasmic" look as our Display Pics & putting our nick as "Butterscorchitic orgasmic Terence" ho hooooooooo

We ordered a total of 6 double scoops for the 5 of us!! Lemme see if I can remember the flavours... Utterly Avocado (which happends to taste more like Durian than Avocado), Peachy Bum, Minty Mint, Kookie Monster, SoBerry Cheez, Green Tea & Red beans, Ginger Crumble, Lychee Martini, Earl Grey Tea n our main flavour.... Butterscotch Pecan!

Woah! Damn full man...... Oh before that we ate a fantastic dinner at Grill-Out in Clementi. Das, Angie & Xav had this Black Angus 320 grams ribeye steak, Ter had 220 gram ribeye steak & I had 200 gram Sirloin Steak. *slurps* All smelled & tasted HEAVENLY! woah......... n service is fantastic!! Imagine all 5 of us got complimentary ice cream deserts!!! I will definitely go back again =D

Mom flew back yesterday afternoon... Got no time to send her off to airport... got up today feeling sad... not only because of her leaving... hmm... nevermind that...

Was pretty busy at work today, but it kept my mind off thinking abt Friday night.. *sigh* Well, went to Angie's place for dinner gathering after work. Met her n Das at Bukit Panjang Plaza to rent some movies like "27 Dresses", "Resident Evil 3", "Rattatouile" <-- is that how u spell it? plus another one iz the Loch Ness monster thingy... ah forget the title le... short term memory...

Was supposed to teach Angie how to make Tiramisu... but *sob* I guess it kinda failed cuz the tiramisu mix turned out to be a lil watery... =( So paiseh.... booo hooo.... but after adding the whipping cream, the texture went a lil better, but still watery to me... Sorry Angie, hope the next one wud be more successful!

Angie cooked Beef Caserole which was relli yummy!! Plus Das intro-ed us this white wine that's really nice & easy to drink... tink next time will hunt Shop & Safe for that heee....

Watched a couple of shows at her house... "27 Dresses" is nice... didn't manage to catch it the last time it was in cinemas... Nex one is Resident Evil 3 hmmm well i tink it was allright... tink they got more kicks seeing me & Das "jump" at those scary parts... zzzzz....

Yawn... reached home at 1 am... when I opened my door... I wanted to say "Mom.....?" but *sigh* she went home le.... *sad* Guezz i still very emo... wanted to cry when i call her today after work when she was still at Changi airport. She called me again while I was at Angie's place to say that she reached le... at that time... tears kinda welled up a lil, but hor... so paiseh if i cry there =P kekeke

First thing I got from Ivan when i entered BTS was a great big hug! *LOL* Can see from his very stressed face that he's been thru a lot todae =O gee... tink can see from the combination of ppl working today... quite lethal plus a lot of specimens & troublesome tests like exclusion for them to do. *pat pat Ivan* well... now is his time to go home and relax while i go to "war".

Was greeted by the transport uncle bringing back some blood stock replenishment from CTM. *yawn* not so much juz 13 units of blood, hopefully they'll last me till morning. Good thing not mani requests today also... LUCKY! =P Quite a lot of samples though... Can't wait till my break time cuz I tink I ate a lil too early juz now, and my stomach's growling a lil already.... =( Thank God I stuffed that mini dark toblerone that was lying on my PC table into my bag... that piece satisfied a lil of my food crave... Don't u juz loveeeee dark chocolates!!??!! I muz remember to share it with Ter & Xav tomorrow ho ho ho...

So when we went to Coffee club again yesterday with Das, Angie, Ter, Xav & Andy.... it's no escape... they were teasing me abt it... gosh... *blushed* I guess it's going to be a tradition now for them to ask me and make sure that what i ordered comes in a big cup or a small one =X

Finally! I updated my blog ya? hee... been rather busy n no mood to write lately =O Plus have been working nonstop since 17th June... that's like... 8 days already and many more days to go.... my next off day is on 2nd of July!! zomg! can u imagine that! I'll be working 15 days straight!!! *faintzz....* Probably that's why I'm juz so damn tired these days, easily irritated & moody... coupled by the fact that my period came yesterday... zzz.... now tt explains my mood swings too these days...

Have been going out quite a lot with Angie, Das, Xav & Ter lately =D n I relli love it!! Cuz well one thing is that it's relli fun! kekekee We laugh & joke & tease each other a lot plus discuss abt what to eat next, what movie to watch next and that sort of stuff heee... I guess I really miss going out... been camped in my house too long... It's either work or home.. and well going out is not so bad eh =D

Went to watch "Don't Mess With The Zohan" yesterday with them at Tiong Bahru Plaza =D Quite a silly show! lol laughed a lot but hmmm it's not Adam Sandler's best show i must say =)

Dunno why, i suddenly got the mood to take up martial arts. I remember that I asked Mich & Dennis abt Taekwando quite some months ago... also asked Ter a lil abt Karate stuff... then after that didn't follow thru with it. NOW, I suddenly get excited abt the whole prospect again! kekeke... Wuah.. been wanting to take up martial arts since I was young! Didn't get to do it in Poly cuz I already took up Basketball and it was really occupying a lot of my time pluz Biotech got TONZ of things to do zzz...

After asking Ter abt his Ken Shin Kai Karate Club heee... I tink I wan to start there. At least got Ter there then i wun be so paiseh or LOST being there alone. But actually... i go everywhere oso paiseh one zzzzzz.......

Anyway... Going to go get my Karate Gi on Thursday at Marina Square wooottt!!! So excited!!! aHHhHHHhh my first Gi!! Tink i'll sleep hugging my Gi heeeeeeeeee.............. =X Since I'll be going to Marina Square anyway... heee heee.... *evil grin* I'll go drag Angie, Das, Xav n Ter along for dinner! Opened my work drawer and there it is!! A lovely surprise from my dear trainer HT!! awwww!! A b'day gift! Quite an early one cuz well I won't be at work on my b'day on 29th May hehe... Haben open it yet cuz I plan to open on Thursday itself kekeke I wonder what's inside... *poke poke* hmm soft!!

Then my boss pulled a trick on me!!! *LOL* I cudn't imagine it hahaha... She use her workdesk phone n called the front bench, Ivan happen to pick it up and pass to me. Boss say she wanna talk to me regarding the equipment maintenances that I was asking her juz now. So... I relly thought she was calling me out for that, so i innocently grabbed my materials to ask her and went to the back to her workbench.

Actually, I was looking at her and not at the Biochem small pantry, but she was like looking at me smiling and then... I notice that the Biochem pantry was quite dark then when I peered more closely.... *lol* aw........ there's a birthday cake with lighted candles on it!! So touched!! Boss!! I can't believe u tricked me! hehehe... but it was a lovely surprise =D They sang happy birthday song, I made a wish and blow the candles heh... commented that they got the wrong number of candles! Shud have 8 small candles and 1 big candle, not 2 big candles kekekeeke =P

Found our later that it was dear HT that bought me the cake... she's so sweet!!! Thank you HT! *huGssss* It's my first bday celebration in TTSH heh... cuz previous year it was SBJ n Joyce who tricked me into going out for lunch on the pretext of discussing presentation to CTM, but turn out they prepared a mini cake and treated me lunch heee....

Went for lunch at "Ayam Penyet" at Novena Square 2 basement with Ivan & Joyce too then another surprise! haha... I was treated to lunch. Wah... actually coming to work on my supposedly off-day is good arh!?! lol got bday cake, pressie, wishes & free lunch! *lol* TY all BTS hot chicks (sorry guys, u have to be one of the hot 'chicks' too haaha girl rulezzzz)! I love u all! *hugs & kisses* =D

The day turn out to be ok, nothing busy hehe manage to finish all my equipment maintenance paper work for the audit happening next week. sweet! I can go on leave in peace!

Dear sms me at 5.30pm saying that he's juz having his lunch then. ArgHHH!! Wan to kok his head! Always so busy till no time to eat! How NOT to be skinny =( Next time I muz go pack his lunch so that he can eat at his office desk when too busy to go out. heh..

Before I went home, I sms-ed Xav to ask if got maintenance anot today... turn out to be lorh.... *sigh* o well... it's a sign for me to go cut my hair hahaha... cuz i decided that if got no maintenance then i go home n cut my hair tomorrow; if got maintnenace then i go PS Kimage to cut hair hehe...

Whee!! I didn't make any appointment, but lucky Sam's free to do my hair cut =D As usual hehe I like the way he cut my hair! =D So if any of u girls wanna go for haircut, go for Sam at Kimage! Recommeded hehe... Purchased my Kimage Style Card for just S$13 and I got 20% off for my haircut hehe... so i only pay $36 for the hair cut... very wu hua lo.... but erm... on my way home on mrt, saw my reflection in the mirror... then kinda feel my hair's kinda too short =O Used to be down to almost reaching my waist... now's like half-way down my back le... =O but hmm it's ok! hehe My hair grow fast anyway hehe.. no worries!

Tomorrow my mom's coming to sg!! yayyyy!! Onward to home cooked food! My clothes will be ironed and my home will be neat n clean!! I love u mom!! hehe... Will be picking her up at the airport tmr =) until then... see uuuu allll hehehe

Bleah not so lucky night today =O First thing I came in, I heard Ivan taking a phone call of another Transfusion Reaction case from one patient in the ward *hu hu...* Another one.... geee... how come so mani Transfusion Reaction one these days?? Sum more symptoms of the Transfusion Reaction is Fever, so have to do more steps in the investigation blehhhhhhh!! I hate it =P

Then few hours later, I got a call from Emergency Department (ED) saying that they want to take Emergency Uncrossmatched blood for one Unknown Male Indian =O... Poly trauma case.. probably road traffic accident. Dunno what kind yet, maybe I shud buy tomorrow's newspaper to see if the case is in the newspaper anot. Juz this afternoon, Ivan n the rest got to entertain many bleeders and three of them passed away unfortunately... bless their souls.. Hmm... I wonder if this being the school holidays have got to do with the increased number of road traffic accidents? Hmm..

Oh well... I hope the rest of the night is peaceful. I see that the other sections are pretty busy also and I heard that there's a downtime at their side for a few hours later. hmmm... but hor normally, downtime means that there won't be a lot of specimens coming by. *fingers crossed*

I think lucky Cat has struck again! heh... it's my first night shift tonight and so far so good... other than that Febrile Transfusion Reaction that I had to investigate earlier on. Hmm.. quite a BIG difference from Voldy's night previously and Ivan's night the day before. wheeee... *victory sign*

I'm feeling kinda sad for Voldy cuz no one trust what she say anymore, that eventhough she says that she had a busy night shift, we tend to raise our eyebrows and think silently, "Oh Really??" But huh... we got spies at the other section too heee... can verify whether she's really busy or is she eating snake at night?

Happen to peek by Ben Vangogh's flickr pages today n hmmmmmmmm he takes really nice food photos, Jap food especially heee.... Now I got some places noted down for future reference heh!

My mom's planning to visit me on 28th May to June for my birthday heee!! Yippe! On ward to home-cooked meals on daily basis!! ah....... heaven! *yawn* I'm glad I'm NOT working today... Had a hard time sleeping yesterday cuz it's so bloody hot... air-con's running but doesn't seem to help much in cooling my room... perhaps cuz the afternoon sun had been shining all day long straight to my room.... Where's the rain when u need them most??

Woke up early today at 9 am cuz we had an appointment to go HDB hub at 10.30 am for flat selection that we were short-listed for. We were aiming for this particular unit at Holland Blk 18D unit #31-425 but.......... *sob* I guess the unit's not fated to us cuz the lady officer told us that it had juz been taken by an earlier queue number =( Oh well... what's not urs won't be urs ba? I guess we'll be aiming for flats at Punggol & Sengkang area. *lol* May have a chance to be a Sengkang-rian!! Rejoice!

Well after that, went to Raffles City to get my altered Levi's Jeans. Heh... I tink I kinda take a liking to this "Marisa" Bootcut style cuz it fits nicely hehe.. While I was there I tried this white t-shirt top which looks nice too......... tried it n... no turning back! BOUGHT! lol Dear was trying some jeans, particularly looking for Levi's 522 cut but there was none that caught his eye I guess, though I kinda like one of the pair of jeans that he tried on.

Went hunting for food later on... wanted to eat at the Japanese Marche but it's not open yet *sob* whuaiiiiiiiiiii........... =( So went to eat at Din Tai Fung instead heeee.... *slurps* that reminds me of the xiao long bao that we had juz now... so juicy n succulent... combine that with the vinegar + ginger & chilli paste........ HEAVEN!! *slurps*

- Prawn & pork dumpling soup
- Xiao long bao
- Siew Mai
- Yam paste bun

We ate until we want to explode.... *lol* total bill was S$32.70 (Dear treated heee....=X ) I tink the price's quite reasonable =D Definitely not disappointed with my first visit to Din Tai Fung... Or was is simply cuz I'm too hungry that everything I ate taste wonderfully tasty? heh...

okie continuing my previous blog...

Didn't have the energy yesterday to write after I reached home *yawn* Dear insisted on going home first before staying over cuz he felt awkward in his shirt n pants. I told him it doesn't matter but well he went home anyway =P So I clearing some stuff to AH n chatting with my wow friends but by the time i'm done I was so sleepi that i told my dear i go n sleep first. I dun tink he has the energy to take the mrt or bus over to my place too since it's already past midnight anyway. So I concussed... for the first time this week for 10 hours!! Woahhhh!! Shiok!! Waking up early everyday consecutively for like.... 5 days is a pure torture!! So happy that i finally got my sleeping beauty finally heh...

Ok continuing abt the movie that we caught the other day with the rest of EOD gang. We watched "Made of Honour"... hummmmmmmmm *thinking* well frankly speaking, I'm quite disappointed with the movie cuz judging from the trailer I saw the other time, I thought the movie has the potential to... hmm make us laugh silly? The tempo of the show throughout was.... hummm... stagnant with occasional tiny peaks tt induced our intrique and sadly....... the climax is....... non-existent!!

Though the movie has very nice ceoncept on the platonic friendship between the female n male leading actors but hmm i guess there were no sparks flying between them. So the mood of the movie throughout was rather casual... The movie did got me thinking though, that it would be relly nice to have a friend (guy or not) to have a friendship of that level, casual banters & private games that only they two can play or know abt. =D haha... that reminds me of some fun stuff *lol*

Well... erm.. I feel kinda guilty having put 19 ppl through this movie heee.... and having most of them being guys.... doesn't help either. haiz... maybe I should have waited for Indiana Jones the movie instead of this movie huh? =P Well... lesson learned, no more romantic comedies for big Guild Outings!! Save choice is hmm i guess action movies heee....

Hmmm... yah, went to Raffles City yesterday. Went there to see see Levis jeans cuz hmm I only have 1 currently and i kinda have no jeans to wear if I wash that... zzz... Lucky enough, I found 1 pair to my liking!! heh! The cutting of the jeans fit me and juz feels great! There's another one that I wanted too... but... erm... was refraining myself to buy more hehe... The staff offered me to buy the JayGee membership card. All I have to do is pay $50 and I'll get a 10% off regular-priced merchandise, an additional 5% off sale items and 20% off regular-priced items on my birthday month which conveninently falls on... this month!! haha... On top of that, for the signing up freebies, they gave me a denim belt bag plus 2 leather belts n a metalic buckle to go along with it. I definitely say... it's worth it!! Got the jeans to be altered, to be taken today... but... erm dun feel like going out today *yawn*

Actually wanted to try the Japanese buffet... but... but... the queue was so damn LONG!! Practically every restaurants had long queues =( *sigh* I guess it's Friday night afterall. In the end, we went on to try the Kuriya (Restaurant & Market) instead. Zzzz... if I had known before hand how much we wud end up paying... I wud have opted to queue at the Japanese Buffet!

So here I am at Raffles City basement sitting at one (er....... can't say quiet & secluded) corner writing my blog on my organizer while waiting for my dear to reach. Apparently he missed his bus, so i suppose he'll be pretty late ba... a chance for me to write blog while waiting? Blessing in diguise? Win-Win situation? blehhh.... juz finished my 3 days course on "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" & I'm still having this good vibes everytime *lol* I'll talk abt the 3 day course later or another day... it's a long one

Heh... I admit that I have been slacking in writing lol.... Sorry to my handful of fans.... the mood to write strikes back!!

Had this EOD dinner come movie gathering yesterday at Vivo City. Heh... it's a lovely surprise that we manage to get 19 people to gather for a brief mingling ard. It's juz soooo nice to see one another 'LIVE' once in a while yeah? (er... becuz of this... I got the title of RL Gathering & Outing Councilor for EOD <-- juz kena arrowed by Jon our GL. ) Lol.... well, I don't mind setting up outings, after all, it'll give us time to get each other more right?

Anyway, we had dinner at Vivo Marche (gee... didn't know it's the newest & ONLY Marche chain left in SG!!) It goes to show how long I haven't gone to Marche =P We had to split the table into 2 cuz I guess they can't find a table to fit 16 people at once =( (Made a mental note to find a place that has bigger tables in future) A lot of us had more or less the same orders hehe... like Rosti with sausages & mushroom soups & Calamansi & sour plum drink =)

I'm really glad that we had no trouble entertaining ourselves.. Topic wise... haha... well our topic has always been the same - WOW. Can't ever finish discussing on that topic heee.. Of course, there was one topic abt Ter's sprained ankle from his basketballfeat the previous day... now whether or not that is good news or bad news.... it's kinda tricky cuz with 2 days MC for Thurs & Fri... then there's Sat & Sun... plus Monday being a Vesak Day Public Holiday.... *cheeky giggle* that's a super long holiday Ter!!! Gimme that sprained ankle!! hehe....

Seeing Ter limp his way ard Vivo so ke lian.... reminds me of my basketball days back in Sec sch & Poly cuz I was soooo prone to spraining my ankles bleh..... Dun ask me why I'm still so short when I use to play basketball last time =P Juz not blessed with height!! haha.... Dawn & me has always envied tall people for the sole reason of.... well simply cuz the air is so much fresher "up there" *lol* & don't have to suffer having your face right in front of someone's smelly, sweaty armpits while standing in a crowded bus or mrt. Hmm... haven been seeing much of dear lately =( A lot of times we arrange to meet or for him to go over to my place.. but most of the time end up something crop up and we cannot meet again =( *sigh* Need to spend more time with him... tink I neglected him n he's unhappy with me playing so much *frown frown*

Went to watch Ironman the on Friday at Plaza Singapura at 4.50pm with Angie, Das & Xav. Ironman's cool!! I love it when they convert comic stuff to movies =D So action packed! hehe... Somehow.... Ironman reminds me of.... Paladins hahahaa.... Siao charbo... Wish I could watch Ironman with dear though... *frown* I wish we could watch movies more often together, I feel we spend too many times speculating whether the show is nice or not and end up missing a lot of shows. I know that it's expensive watching movies outside now, but still... I tink once a month at least shud be ok ba...

Zomg... can't believe my luck! My 1st Night shift and 3 patients with antibodies came in a straight row! argHHhh FREAK!

First patient from Ward has Anti-E & Auto Anti-I.

I had no time to take my break at the common pantry with the rest of other section's night shift colleagues. N for the first time ever, I took my break at Biochem pantry.... zzz... I bought this Nissin cup noodles from 7-11, poured hot water to the cup and left it at biochem pantry first while i cleared up a few things at my bench. Turn up phone calls keep ringing & samples keep coming *sigh*... By the time I returned to Biochem pantry to eat my cup noodles....... my noodles have already expanded booo hoooooooooo.........~~ the soup had almost dried up & I had no choice but to eat the yucky soggy noodles. (@_o)

Ha! Stupid me, I tot that starting work 1 hr earlier wud give me good karma and let me have a peaceful Monday Night Shift.... =( Cuz of the boo boo I made 2 weeks ago when I fell sick on MC, I told Voldy that she's activated but I failed to mention to her that I have changed my shift to Early shift that day.. so she came at 8.30am instead of 7.30am. N poor Ivan had to extend his night shift to 8.30am... I wanted to repay him the 1 hr cuz i feel damn bad causing this boo boo.... But Ivan told me that it's a long forgotten incident for him and that I shudn't think abt it so much, in fact he told me that I shudn't have come to work so earli. Before he left, he gave me a shoulder hug & gave me a gentle peck on my head.

Juz now... I was cursing my luck... mentally preparing that I may have to do Antibody Exclusion on 3 of them... Inside I was thinking that God is testing me... I was also thinking.. is this my karma for the days of bitching abt Voldy at work... =~( BUT!! God gave me a 2nd chance... I don't have to do exclusion for any of the patients!! Happiness!! For two of the patients, all screening cells for S1, S2 & S3 are all positive so no choice have to send Antibody Identification to CTM. For the third patient, the antibody screening turn out to be negative *Amen....*. So ho ho ho.... I'm free! Happiness!! Thank you God...

I asked Vinc the same question I asked Xav.. hmm I guess I really am too paranoid for my own good... So touched by the answer Vinc gave me tt I wan to cry... He told me "u is best girl!!" *sigh*.... My period came yesterday *sulk* This is one of the times that I wish I were a guy... Why guys so lucky no nid to suffer from these stupid wastage of blood flow, no stupid surge of hormonal imbalance tt make us such cry-babies & cranky & bitchy & paranoid.... zzz....

These are the times where I felt I'm at Cloud 0... times where I felt my colleagues dun like me... times where I felt EOD guildies hate me..... times where I felt I was being too sarcastic in gchat or raid chat *sob* boo hoo..... bhut bhut.... I didn't mean it!! I'm relli relli very sorry if I ever did offend any of my colleagues or EOD guildies if I ever said or did anything that offend them unintentionally.... *sob* Juz that.... girls are not in their right state of mind when they're having their PMS be it pre- or post- *sulk*

I asked Xav abt it.. asked him if he thinks that I'm sarcastic or bitchy in guild =( Well... he said no or at least he didn't notice it =O Aw... u're so sweet Xav!! I guess one time or another we have our these instances where we're at rock-bottom depressive mode... Xav's having it right now as what I can read from his blog. So i guess it's normal that we have it now n then heh... We're normal Xav!! yippeee!! Now, we juz have to wait till our mood sort of "reset" hehe...

I had my 2nd Zul'aman session yesterday =D But alas! It was a buggy one =( Damn Blizzard! We managed to 1 shot Nalorakk with no problem. Thanks to Ter for gibing me tips for the fight cuz er... forgot to read lol... shhh dun tell Jon abt it hehe...

Ya speaking of our Guild Leader Jon, he was drunk while raiding lol, it's so farne to hear his slurred speach over the speaker, but hmm... I tink he's quite fierce when drunk, I muz admit I was a lil' scared of him hehehe...

Aniwae.. the Akil'zon Eagle boss was bugged.... zz.... The Soaring Eagles adds never disappear when Akil'zon reseted... argh...... the noise of the Eagles screaming were relli annoying!! Even Zoos are not this noisy =O The noise was pissing everybody off in the raid...

So we tried to do another boss instead, the Jan'alai boss instead. I muz admit, the graphics for this boss fight is pretty amazing! Graphic intensive? Yes, if you can juz see the scenes, u'd understand why. =D We wiped quite a few times here, but overall I think we did good. Manage to down the boss to 28% for one of the fights. I guess we juz need more practise and be more accustomed to avoiding the flying Fire Bombs. hehe This was a fun fight ^_^

We had to stop at 2.30am cuz well some of them had to work and I muz admit that I was also tired after a full day of work. We'll get u next time Jan'alai!!

Now's my 1st Night shift *yawn*, today's pretty busy.. oh well... it's a Monday Night anyway so understandable. Brought my laptop to work today cuz wanted to see if I can connect to the internet n play WoW. The other day Glen taught me how to connect my lap top to the internet so today I was juz trying it out. Hmm... I could connect n surf webpages... but *sigh* I cannot connect to WoW. Darn! *LOL* Cy explained to me why lol... damn the Firewall! blehhh Guess it's better for me after all... Thinking of forming 3 vs 3 Arena Team. Xav's looking for a team and I tink Moozie oso needs the Arena Points, so what the heck juz form 1 hehe doesn't matter win or lose hehe we'll still get the points anyway slowly but surely =) I'll see how in the morning whether I can form the team n clear our 10 games straight before i go sleep. Only Netherspite & Prince was left to down. Well, we didn't sign up for Saturday raid initially and we were juz started clearing our dailies at SSO. Ter was asking if I wanted to go cuz he hab no preference. I told him juz go for the 5 Badge of Justice & more over i told him that I know Nathrezim Mindblade wud drop from Prince muwahahhaa... Of course I didn't know it wud drop or not, I juz assumed that wud be the best scenario *LOL* N it really did!!!

I was joking before it started that we wud 1 shot Prince, Nathrezim Mindblade wud drop & I wud get it. *rofl* Cuz it's already pass 12 am, got to work the next day for full day at 8.30 am, 1 shotting Prince wud be the best scenario liao *lol*

Today's supposed to be a great day. I finish at 5.30 pm today & dear finish at 6 pm. Arranged to meet at Vivo City after work, I was so excited to go shopping & dinner & pak tor-ing cuz so long never go on date with dear liao. Sum more he complain that I always play play play WOW, so today I plan to go shopping have a quality time together.

BUT, in the end he made me wait so long at Vivo City's Pacific Coffee since 6 pm to 7.45 pm. Wasted so much time... He's been with me for so many years liao, always know I HATE late-comers. I HATE waiting, tell him so many years liao he still dun change. If late then sms me of something, make me wait so stupidly playing my PSP like an eeediot, every minute I play, the more pek-chek i become.

Then he reach liao, see me first thing never say sorry make me wait so long. Got mah? boh!! Why!! So hard to say sorry meh? Maybe my PMS make me super unreasonable, but i relli buay song. Why? Is it normal for gf to wait for bf? A while ok la, but wa....... *haiz* So ended up I sulk a lot at Vivo City =(

Ate dinner at Food Republic in the end cuz everywhere crowded & I lost my appetite to eat oso... Walked a bit & go home liao. Go home first thing I did was to let off my steam rant in my blog, then my bf ask me what i doing at my lap top. He sneaked a peek & saw blogger page & asked me what i writing. I told him I wan to complain abt today, he was so late and yet come liao never say sorry.

He told me dun write on my blog la, wan to complain then complain to him. Hai..... complain to him got use meh... still come late oso.... =( *pout* I know he's busy at work la, but cannot take it for granted n let me wait ma.......... I'm soooo upset that i juz wan to cry. Stupid PMS make me so moody & cry-baby. argh!! He told me he's always busy at work n can't come out on time. Hai.... he can juz tell me ma... then dun nid to meet on weekdays to go out liao. Damn happy today cuz I mined Living Ruby from Adamantite Deposit =D This is my 2nd time getting it from mining. I guess it's a really rare occurance =O

Managed to get Magikat's Engineering to 235 heh! thanks Angie for the 20 Heavy Stone, it did help to up Magikat's Engineering form 170 - 175 =D. Lotsa leveling for her to do till 300. After that I need to level her liao i guess hehe in the mean time of gearing Holix up. =D I aim to get Zapthrottle Mote Extractor for Magikat so that she can farm the gases!! Farm farm farm!!!!

O ya.. forgot to mention lol Moozie discovered new Alchemy Skill!!! She can now make Flask of Pure Death whoppeeee!! Thanks to Ang ang!! I was in the midst of making 8 Super Mana Potion for him when i discovered this skill.

This is the second discovery skill i discovered while making potions for Ang. The first one was quite some time ago where Moozie discovered how to make Flask of Blinding Light while making Adept's Elixir for him.

Another discovery skill that Moozie got was while Transmuting Primal Might for D0. Moo was able to Transmute Primal Earth to Primal Life!!

One last discovery skill that Moo got was how to Transmute Primal Mana to Primal Fire. She learned this while transmuting Primal Water to Primal Air heeee

yawn..... farmed like 150 Firewing Signet today to get Holix's rep to Honored with Scyers... took me like 2 hrs plus farming them at Firewing Point.

Simply went to do simple rotations around the camp killing the Firewing Bloodwarders & Firewing Defenders. I avoided the Firewing Warlocks cuz the like to flee when they're dying zz..

Of course I do a chop chop job by farming AH. Firewing Signet cost like 77S per piece. 150 of them means spending ard 115G. It's easy yeah to earn it back with the dailies nowadays, but farming them myself means I can get other drops like Netherweave cloths, runecloths, potions, green drops, etc. So definitely more worth it.

Next stop is to get Holix's Scyers rep to Revered... standing now at Honored 235/12000 471 more Sunfury Signet to go to Revered.. then I dun even wan to think about going to exalted now lol...

Socketed it with Potent Noble Topaz & enchanted it with Spell Power. Woottt!! Total unbuff Shadow Dmg is now 875. With Fel Armor, food, potion & Superior Wizard Oil buffs, I think it comes up to 1034 Spell dmg. hM... still far from my target of 1400 Spell dmg but never the less I'm inching towards it.

Yeah I know that it's kinda impossible to reach 1400 Shadow dmg juz as Ter said lol but I tink setting a higher goal makes me wan to continuously improve on Holix's gears.

Ok, so it was raining n i took it as a sign to take taxi home..... WRONG CHOICE!!

Got into a taxi (dang forgot to take his license plate), I told him specifically Rangoon Rd. Then halfway thru, he drove past the turn to CTE and I was like *dumb-founded look* =O.... n asked him where he taking me cuz he missed his turn.

U know what he told me........ he said, "Bendemeer right?" *faint...... & blood BOIL* OMG, I know I'm having flu n my voice is a little off-pitch maybe, but Bendemeer is a farrrrr cryyyyyyyyyy from Rangoon!!

No matter how I try to pronouce Rangoon, I dun tink I came anywhere near pronouncing it as Bendemeer! Arghhhhhhhh stupid driver! CLASSIC EXCUSE to earn more from passenger, by pretending to hear wrongly. I'm so pissed! ( T.T)

Had lunch together with Ivan today n we talked about relationships. Cuz I asked him the day b4 about the things tt he do together with his wife at home. Whether they do everything together or not , stuff like that.

Ok, his first reaction was that he was surprised to hear me ask these serious questions all of a sudden. I mean we've been good friends n colleagues all these 5 years plus & his impression of me is that I'm always joking around. When I think abt it... Can't say tt he's wrong. I do think about serious stuff but I just keep it to myself most of the time.

His advice to me is tt I should not worry so much. When the time comes where I have to choose or give up certain things... I would do it without any difficulties..

There are times when he plays too much games n his wife would sulk too. The most impt thing is tat to know your limit he said.. Well... The problem is tat i'm known to over indulge... Zzz...

Actually, there is always something to write everyday, just that when you reached home.. The mood to write simply isn't there anymore.

So here I am in the pantry during my break writing into my O2. I guess it's really better to write b4 I forget later n I can simply transfer my blog straight to my pc later on.

We had quite a shocking morning today in pantry... Our dear Voldy was wearing a new outfit... A halter neck, long skirt & boots... Actually.. On another person, tt outfit wud have looked... normal. But on her... Can't think of another word than shocking !! Indi ako makapaniwala! Namang ha kabasa kannya? YES!!

Yesterday upped Holix's fishing from 235 to 246 =) Fishing is definitely addictive *lol* Now I need 1 more AB badge to get my next bg piece... which I hope I will be able to get by tonight =)

I think I should be farming Arc soon to get my tailoring recipe Arcanoweave boots... Then I can get Holix's Tailoring to max 375 so tt her gears would be decent enough to go to heroic... N wun be so paiseh abt going with others to do instances hehe... Still have a LOT to learn abt warlock though..

I was thinking whether I should get Holix her epic flying mount... Took a really long time to farm 5 K... If I'm able to liquify my assets... Think I should be able to get 5 K or perhaps close to it.

Either that or I can save the 5K to get 5 flying mounts for my 5 other toons... Hm... Worth a thought =)

We ppl live & breathe on gossips!! Latest gossips are especially yummy! heee...

Seems like our "friend" has a little bgr problem. She recently got to know this guy from the internet (Facebook to be exact.. or was it Friendster?). Anyway, he's 7 yrs older than her (26 yrs old) and from her description, he seems like a fairly decent guy.

I was doing night shift yesterday and at 5 am or so she logged on to msn. I was like woah... she's the type that rarely logs onto msn at home or at work. She had problem in sleeping as she got a lot of stuff going on in her head and consulted me for some advise sumthing like that about the guy she had just got to know about.

She went on a group date with him last month to see the movies. I told her to be careful of guys from the internet, especially those who are many years older than her. You never know what can happen... it's better save than sorry.

I really hope this guy's a good guy cuz she seems very hopeful & kinda a first puppy love kinda thing. You know how foolish we are when dealing with first loves & how naive we used to be. Like everything is so flowery & fairy tale-ish.. She wrote in her blog that her wish is that her first bf wud be her husband. I wanted to tell her that is......... er... foolish as there's no such thing as love at first sight or successful first loves n all that bull shit. But well.... I didn't want to disappoint her by giving her all the discouraging comments. I mean, since she's in love.. I think that's a great head start for her in the bgr department. =)

I reached work today to take over ELS n Ivan, haha... looks like they heard the juicy news as well as our friend talked to Ivan and you know how Ivan is *lol* the gossip centre!! He's "happy" for me & congratulated me on my new status as our friend's "big sister". duh....... *slap him* lol He can't stop laughing cuz he find it weird, me taking the "big sister" role. Before he went off, he asked me to update him by sms if there's any gossip updates... lol... another bloke that cannot live without juicy gossips. =D

Terence & I farmed this for our BE mount quest.. He used his 70 Mage while I used my 70 resto Shammy.

We only farmed the 2nd & 3rd room where the Scholomance Necromancer & Dark Summoner are.

Each run is abt 20min and only 2 Dark Runes drop per run on average. One of the run we got lucky where 4 Dark Runes drop, but there are also subsequent runs where only 1 Dark Rune drop.

We got lucky cuz 2 Pristine Black Diamonds dropped too!! Those are needed for our BE quests too =) This dropped from Risen Protector then if I'm not mistaken

Totals runs made... *thinking* abt 7 if I'm not wrong

What to do with your Silk Cloths?

So.. I had 325 bolts of Silk Cloth from my bank alt... Dun ask me how i got that much... it's my accumulated junk in one of my bank alt, and I juz decided that i juz got to make some space *lol*

So.. what shall I do... I thought to myself.. Should I juz sell those bolts or should I make it into a gear which I can DE and sell the DE products?

Zzzz... after going through wowhead for the respective tailoring products that can be made from Silk Cloths, I decided that Green Silken Shoulders is the best choice. (I did my research ok gyahahahaha...)

Anyway, i made those into 65 Green Silken Shoulders...

Statistics from wowhead says that every Green Silken Shoulders I DE, I should get:
1-2 Vision Dust 75%
1-2 Greater Mystic Essence 20%
1 Large Glowing Shard 5%

Result:
65 Green Silken Shoulders DE into:

61 Vision Dust
31 Greater Mystic Essence
4 Large Glowing Shard

So if I were to AH these...

61 Vision Dusts selling at 87S 30C each:
61 x 87s 30c = 53G 25S 30C

31 Greater Mystic Essence (if I didn't convert it to Lesser Mystic essence) selling at 90S 71 C each:

31 x 90S 71C = 28G 12S 1C

Now if i were to convert those 31 Greater Mystic Essence into 93 Lesser Mystic Essence selling at 57S 23C each:

93 x 57S 23C = 53G 22S 39C

So MUCH more profitable!!

Next 4 Large Glowing Shard selling at 1G 20S 63C:

Thank you God for making my shift changes successful so that I can fly back to Jakarta to celebrate my Chinese New Year with my families... It's rare these days that I get to go back to spend CNY with them...

Thank you God for letting my night be free.. Is this the reward for me coming to work 1 hr earlier to help the evening staff clear the work? Really, I am thankful that my nights have never been troublesome these years, well only a couple of busy nights when there happen to be road traffic accident victims or suicide victims that come to TTSH.

I've done the controls for tomorrow and what's left to do is hmm maintenance n next month's maintenance sheets for the equipments and stuff. Other than that I'm freee woo hoooo... For now, I'm juz waiting for the internet downtime to be over so that i can surf the net and on my msn hehe... well if it's down for the entire night shift, no worries cuz i brought my PSP along with me hahaha....

My period came today... hyuck... mood swings have arrived hehe.... Wonder why my period's never on time anymore =O

I started playing Virtua Tennis 3 this afternoon and..... *ahem* I'm kinda hooked to playing it *lol* Right now I'm ranked 207 out of 299 supposedly world tennis players. It's pretty fun! hehe... oh well.... continue later =)

How to make Mascarpone Cheese?

1 pint heavy cream
1/2 tsp tartaric acid
1/4 tsp confectioner's sugar

Directions

1. Fill the bottom of a double boiler with enough water to touch the top pan, but the top should fit neatly and not "float." Bring to a simmer.

2. Pour the cream into the top of a double boiler and place over simmering water.

3. Add the confectioner's sugar and whisk constantly.

4. When the cream is warm add the tartaric acid. Whisk over the heat until the cream reaches a temperature of 180 degrees.

5. Remove from heat and allow to cool, whisking occasionally.

6. Pour the mixture into a bowl through a thick cheesecloth (Fine Cheese Cloth 9-sq. ft.), or line a fine metal strainer with a coffee filter.

Cover the bowel and refrigerator for at least 12 hours before use.

How to make your own Sponge Fingers?

Ingredients:

3 eggs
100 ml + 1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
150 ml flour
icing sugar for dusting

Steps:

Separate the egg yolks and whites. Beat the yolks, sugar (100 ml) and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Beat the egg whites, salt and sugar (1 tbsp) until stiff and glossy.

Carefully fold the egg whites and sifted flour into the egg yolk mixture in four parts, mixing very gently after every addition to prevent knocking out the air.

Using a pastry bag fitted with a plain nozzle, pipe the batter into 10 cm long and 2½ - 3 cm wide finger shaped biscuits onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper (see the picture on right). Leave some space between the biscuits, as they spread a bit during baking.

Lightly dust the fingers with icing sugar though a fine sieve. Bake the fingers immediately at 150 °C for about 15 to 20 minutes or until they are lightly browned underneath the icing sugar and feel crisp on top but are still soft inside.

Using a spatula, gently lift the biscuits on wire racks to cool until thoroughly crisp. If the cooled biscuits remain soft and spongy or sticky, they are underbaked. Overbaked biscuits are too dry and hard. Soft, underbaked biscuits can be dried in oven at 70 - 100 °C for about 30 to 60 minutes, or until sufficiently dry.

Serve the sponge fingers plain with coffee or tea or use them in desserts, like tiramisu.

Store the biscuits in a sealed tin to maintain their crispness.

Makes about 25 - 30 sponge fingers.

1. Pour the a 1/2 pint of Heavy cream into a small bowl

2. Add in about a 1/3 cup of sugar and a tiny pinch of salt

4. Blend with a beater on high, adding more sugar will help thicken it, but don't add too much. 3/4 a cup to a cup is too much.

Let sit in fridge to cool, then enjoy !!!

How to make Tiramissu?

Ingredients:
200mL strong black coffee (cooled to room temp)
6 tbl spoon of cherry brandy / Baileys
16 sponge fingers
250g Mascarpone Cheese
300mL double cream, lightly whipped
3 tbl spoon icing sugar
275 g sweet cherries, halfed & stoned
50g of grated chocolate

Steps:

1. Pour the cooled coffe into a jug & stir in the cherry brandy.

2. Put half of trifle sponges into the bottom of serving dish, then pour over half of the coffee mixture.

3. Put the mascarpone into a separate bowl along with the cream and sugar and mix together well.

4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the coffee-soaked trifle sponges, then top with half of the cherries.

5. Arrange the remaining trifle sponges on top.

6. Pour over the remaining coffee mixture and top with the remaining cherries.

7. Finish with a layer of mascarpone mixture.

8. Scatter over grated chocolate & cover with clingfilm.

9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

about 20 sponge fingers
250 - 300 ml chilled, strong espresso coffee
3 eggs
3 tbsp sugar(½ tsp vanilla sugar)
250 g mascarpone cheese

cocoa powder for dusting

1. Only use thoroughly dry biscuits in making tiramisu. Instead of making your own sponge fingers, you can use store-bought biscuits (savoiardi biscuits, ladyfingers etc).

2. For the mascarpone filling, whisk the cheese until soft and smooth. Separate the egg yolks and whites. Beat the yolks and sugar (and vanilla sugar, if using it) until light and fluffy. Beat the egg whites and salt until soft peaks form.

3. Mix the egg yolk mixture into the cheese and stir until smooth, then gently fold in the egg whites. Spread a very thin layer of the cheese mixture on the bottom of a square or round cake pan.

4. Pour the cold coffee in a shallow dish or pan. Take the sponge fingers, one at a time, and very briefly but thoroughly dip them in the coffee on both sides. Do not let them become soggy.

(Try adding a splash of rum to the coffee before spreading it on the sponge fingers. )

5. Arrange the biscuits snugly in one layer in the cake pan. Spread them with a thicker layer of the cheese mixture. Arrange another layer of coffee dipped biscuits on the cheese mixture and top with the rest of the cheese mixture. You may add more layers depending on the width and depth of the dish you are using.

6. Smooth the surface with a spatula and dust with a thin layer of cocoa powder. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to set for at least 2 to 4 hours before serving, preferably overnight. Cut the cake in squares and lift gently on serving plates using a spatula.

Sometimes...... I wonder if I'm too inflexible concerning things that I do. Like... u know, if the rule says no, that means no kinda thing? (P.S. yah I know what you're thinking.. that rules are meant to be broken bleh..)

It's very tempting to simply close 1 eye & let it go. But what if the fault goes back to you or points to someone else when it wasn't even your fault but cuz someone else is ignoring the rules?

Like in the case of SBJ & me. I can't help but think that things went a lil sour between us cuz someone used her password to order a test and I happen to be the last person who verified the test. No one knows who ordered the test, it's definitely neither of sbj nor me cuz we were busy doing other things. *sigh* But no one could prove it cuz the fact is that it was her & my logon that was captured in the system.

Yeah, I guess ppl can call me rigid or inflexible or stubborn or what ever. But when something goes wrong, then the real problem emerges & the conclusion is still the same... cuz we simply close 1 eye... At least for now, when I do something wrong, my conscience is clear cuz I don't use other ppl's password or logon to order stuff or do other things that u're not supposed to. Unless I forgot to do so, well I'm only human =P

2nd Night shift

Ho ho ho.... It was a sight to behold when i reach work today at 8 pm. Combination of LWY with Joanne is pretty lethal. It was like a plane had crash landed in BTS. A lot of samples, phone calls, exclusion in the midst of being completed at 1 table. Haiz... Lucky I arrive earlier today, if not I wud in a pretty pissed mood the whole night.

I simply can't understand how ppl can be so messy at work, can't they buck up a bit esp when the hand over time to the next shift person is nearing? Ok I understand that it can be pretty busy, but all in all, I think this term busy depends on how we work.

If we work slowly, of course things will pile up and when the real work comes like exclusions n full xmatch, u wudn't be able to complete it in time. Hmmmm... ok so maybe I should be more forgiving since it's the start of the year. After all they did stay back a lil to help me clear up the mess.

There's quite a lot of specimens tonite, I guess it's just the post holiday thingy. Manage to get everything under control, which makes me curious as to why some ppl manage to be super busy for every of their night shifts. Makes me wonder what is the thing that keeps them busy when most of my nights are free?

Hai... I know I sound terrible. ok ok... I should be more understanding hehe...

Haiz... dear complaining that i gain a lot of weight. yeah... 3 kg to be exact. I weigh 46 kg now *sob*.... My first new year resolution is to lose 3 kg!! Well at least 2 Kg. Have to cut down on my night shift snacks. I skipped eating during my break time juz now, cuz I wasn't that hungry anyway... Have to pound this fact into my head that I should eat when I'm hungry n NOT when I feel like eating... but hor... it's simply hard to resist food when my period comes. *sob* Now that it has juz ended, I tink it shud be pretty easy to resist food. hehe WIsh me luck! 3 kg by...... 2 weeks time? Is it too ambitious?

yeap I can feel it! 2008's gonna be a pretty lucky year for me.

Why?

Cuz today, after my night shift, I decided to go to the toilet first before i go home. I went inside the cubicle and eh... I saw a wallet that's like mine. Tough brown leather wallet, the one dear dear gave me on 2007's V'day. Ho ho... then I rememebered. Few hours earlier during my night shift, I had gone to the toilet with my wallet and I left it there while I peed. I went back inside the pantry without my wallet.

Woo hooo! Dang! That's pretty close! I mean imagine losing ur wallet at the beginning of the year? That'll suck big time! And I mean, I could have waited till i reach home to relieve myself since I live pretty near by and always go home by taxi after my night shift. Thank you God! Everything inside my wallet was intact, nothing missing........ i hope. So when I bought soya bean milk for breakfast today, I thought to myself since my money wud have been gone anyway in the first place, I tink it would be good to donate some of my money away. So I donated some into this donation box at Mr Bean stall. I'll donate more tonight when I go to work =)

Messaged dear about it on my way home, and he scolded me in the sms saying I'm so blur! lol.... I know I am... the Blur Queen. hehe

Last day of work before my leave & I guess they dun let me off easily huh... Bleeder in the morning, plus my juniors getting on my nervers.. so what else is new?

Actually, the bleeder's kinda all right, managable sort of kinda thing. But I juz can't stand the way my juniors push jobs to others eventhough she should be able to manage it on her own. Are younger generations mroe pampered these days? They really have no sense of urgency at all! OMG, if they could juz speed things up a lil bit, they can finish more task at hand! argh....

Of course if the little ones wanna order us ard to do things for her, heck! I'm not gonna sacrifice my lunch time to help them. Not unless they have earned it. Darn right mean I am. I don't fucking care ok?!?

Watched Hero starring Takuya Kimura yesterday nite with dear after my full day work... Kinda tiring but it's not often that i go movies with dear. hehe so every movie date is important!! =)

To me the movie Hero's allright, cuz though it's drama quality, I still find it quite entertaining. I strongly advise ppl to watch the drama first prior to watching the movie cuz there's a lot of jokes that u can only catch after seeing the drama episodes.

For dear, well I tink he's not into this movie hehe.. Drama quality n story line suckz plus a lot of plot holes. bleah... =P It's abt the quality time spent together ma kekekeke

I used my new CK bag todae haha... while using this bag hmm kinda hard as to match it with my clothes cuz if i wear the wrong type, it'll look really odd =P Newayz after the show we went home by taxi and zonked till 11.30 am haha... one of those few days that i can sleep late into the day with dear.

Kinda sad that I don't have a lot of off days on Saturdays & Sundays like I use to have when I was still working in Innovative. But hey, at least the pay is better n colleagues wise.......... erm.... let's juz say that no matter where u go, there'll always be this bunch of ppl who u relli dun wanna work with or get on ur nerve everytime =P

Hmm wasted a lot of time today at home with dear haha... sorry dear for making u watch 2 hrs of Hero TV special drama plus 2.5 hrs of Transformers movie. Hey.. at least Transformers has a lot of actions in it n relli cool hehehe to me lar haha

We went to Ling Zhi today at Liat Towers to celebrate dear's mom's belated bdae. Sadly... the food there was somehow disappointing to me.... Now why did the food seem to taste better the previous 2 times i went with my BTS gang?? I regretted bringing dear's parents there =( sulk!

Afterwards, me n dear went to browse CK stuff cuz got discounts!! Plus using dear's DBS credit card, got further 10% reduction!! wooohoo.... Dear got 2 lovely CK long sleeved shirts while i got myself a Black Vinyl bag. Wud have wanted the other older version pastel moss green colour one though but it's tooo darn BIG for me and the price also much much more!

Dear suggest we split the cost and let those be our christmas pressies!! what a wonderful idea!! hahaha we dun nid to tink so hard what to giv each other when Christmas comes =)

Can't wait to use my bag wahahaha.... girls will always be girls..... We're gonna watch Hero tomorrow night!!! Yeah!! I've been waiting for that ever since i got news that they're going to air it in Singapore hehehe... Takuya!! Gonna watch it at PS tomorrow 10.20pm & I've already booked the tickets this morning before i went to work. Another retail therapy wheee

So I went to M.A.C counter at Tangs to get my eyebrow shaped few days ago, muz say that Yaya did a pretty good job with my brows. Will go and find her again next time perhaps. But $15 to get my eyebrow shaped is pretty steep though. But I don't really like the shaping they did at the Instiut Suisse though, they did a very rush job and always recommending to do waxing my brows though I have told them many times that I have sensitive skin.

I asked Yaya whether she can recommend me an eyebrow pencil or something after the shaping and she recommended me this. It's simply amazing! lol I should have turned to this longggg time ago. Pencils are juz too hard to control and the shading's pretty hard to make them even n natural. With this, the colour's natural and everything's simply perfect! S$29? Well spent haha...

Yesterday we had our 2nd Echo of Deimos Guild outing. It was held at International Building's Rice Table. *lol* I was pleasantly surprised that many of our members attended the outing ^_^ Will upload some of the photos if they post on our guild website. =D

Then today I went to Isetan at Shaw to get my eye make up remover cuz it's simply too oily to use baby oil removing my eyemake up everytime =( Since my mascara was Lancome was thinking I should get the remover from Lancome as well... hmm there goes my S$45 zzz...... It's ok, my part-time stuff can cover it wahahaha....

As dear told me.... I'm getting more hiao... hai... zhuo nu ren so mafan......

My latest splurge of the month......

Lancome's Flex WP Mascara in Noir... S$44 for 6 mLs worth of black liquid... Makes it wonder why women spend so much on sumthing so little yar?

Well... the answer is Quality ha! In fact, it's so good that I can't rub the mascara off my lashes using my normal eye make-up remover..... =O Went to my aunt place and ask her for advice how to remove my mascara *lol* Drastic measures cuz the all the shops were still closed (CNY holidays). Well, I learned 1 new trick from her. Use baby oil to remove it kekeke

All in all, I tink the S$44 is well spent, I love the way it lengthens and somehow curls my lashes without me using the eyelash curler prior to applying the mascara. Plus, it's waterproof meaning I dun have to look like someone punched me in the eyes or that I had not slept for a few days (yeah... dark circles under my eyes... that's what u get at the end of the day wearing non waterproof mascara).

Lemme see...... still has yet to hone my skill in applying eyebrow liner..... *sigh* Might as well do the eyebrow embroidery and be done with it, eyebrow liner free for 1 or 2 years mebbe? See how..

Thinking should I continue farming or not.. it will probably take me 3 days max. Hmm... I totally skipped RFC back then, only went to clear RFC when I was level 45 i tink, that was because Shun's friend need to clear the quests inside.

Upped Moozie's fishing skills from 10 to 135 yest before i went for my night shift. Sweet!! hahaa it's actually pretty simple. Tinking of that fateful day when i spent like 2 hours juz to get Moozie's fishing skill up from 1 to 10. *sweat* Gonna up her skill up to 300 then I will have sumthing to do in AV instead of jus clicking sumthing every 4 minutes or so. =P

I dream a horriying dream today.. I couldn't sleep till like 5 am cuz I simply kept waking up and checking my living room area to see if anyone was tampering with my window. I woke up at the slightest sound and would automatically think that someone was trying to pry open my window outside. *sigh* I'm in need of dire help..

I dreamt I wake up to find robbers in the middle of trying to open my window .. I took out my camera and took their pictures and called the cops to come quickly. Knowing I took their pictures, they went after me.. but after a while the cops came and i was saved...

Then in another dream, I dreamt I went to work and reached home to find out that my older brother died... Man....... I really feel troubled. I must move as soon as I can...

Am I Stressed?

Lately all my dreams are very weird... unlike the dreams i usually have. I wonder why..

Few days ago, I dream I was with a large group of friends gathering. At one point of the gathering, I tried to take a group photo with all of them but I found that I can't put all of them in a single shot. When I tried to focus on one group of friends, another group of friends were out of the picture, so I shifted my focus to the other group of friends but still can't get all of my friends into the picture. I woke up wondering what the dream meant.. Walking home from work that night, the dream I had crept into my mind again.. Could I have sub-conciously neglegted some group of friends when I was with another? Then again I thought about what I could have done to solve the problem in the dream. I thought... why couldn't I have zoomed out the camera so that the lens view can accomodate more area? or... why didn't i move backwards so that I can take all of their picture? That led me to thinking that perhaps I am too rigid in one aspect that I couldn't think of a solution.

This morning, I dreamt that I smoked *gAsP* yeah, I smoked expecting my body to respond by coughing and yet... I reacted the opposite. I smoked as if I had done it many times before and I was in fact savouring the feeling of freedom it gave me. It made me feel free from stress and I felt so alive.

I woke up thinking about it again.. gee.. I really don't wanna take up smoking juz to free myself from stress. I need a holiday............. zzz.........

Boring Sunday

hmmzzzz when nothing to do, juz blog haha...

shitz... writer's block again *sigh..... stumped* my brainz pretty rusty thinking what to write. So so, let's start with my work life. So far so good, I pass the 1st year mark without feeling any regret, plus! I'm going to have a $150 increment cuz I got my Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Biotechnology! haha..... Hmmm ironic huh? That piece of paper is only woth $150 Duh.... Choon n Mindy seyz that I should be grateful already cuz they didn't any when they completed their degree.

Oh went to Marina Square yesterday after my *counting* 30 hours feat of staying awake, I still manage to muster some energy to freshen up and go for our poly gathering. It's getting quite rare to have those gathering these days and the attendance is poor too, alwayz the same ppl attending and alwayz the same ppl MIA. So in the end, there's only Mindy, Choon Hong, Alvin and his gf and mi.

We ate at this Imperial kitchen and ate some la mian n stuff. After that we took a walk around Marina Square. MS has changed a lot! It's so crowded with ppl now compared to those days where u can count the number of ppl u see in the walk way. The renovation really did a pretty good hyping up of the place. Choon urged me to see this Creativ speakers he saw earlier on when i told everone i nid a new speakerz. There's this $159 speakers set which iz pretty neat quality I should say. Got pretty blown off by the sound it gave off. But haizz....... too bad no white colour one liao leh............. =( So I left my name n contact number there and let them contact me when there's stock.

Went to look for my running shoes too but shuckz none to my liking. Nike's designs are getting bad to worst!! And their price are still going up! YuCkz! Should I get another Reebok then? Went to look for my brother's pressie too but nothing interest mi as well. Min left earlier to meet her bf *sshhhh* hehe then Alvin and his gf oso left cuz it was getting pretty late. Soon after Choon also sent mi home and that's it for yesterday.

Today planned to go to the IT show's last day after dear finished off his project discussion, but last min he said the project got a major problem and now 11.30 liao still no news from him. I guess he's still doing the project =(

Here I am doing my Night Shift and I'm FuMinG mAddddddd!!!

I feel reallllly cheesed off! Ok, so I haven't bought the F.E.A.R game my younger bro asked me to buy & my dad has already flown back to Jakarta. BUt that doesn't mean that I'm not going to buy it ma!!!

Moreover, mom is still here till 24th Nov, I can still pass the game to her for him what!! So ok, maybe he really really want to play the game ASAP, but hELLooooo I'm so busy already with work and accompany my parents around for shopping and medical appointment. I don't even have enough sleep after my yesterday night shift to prepare for the night shift I'm doing now. I only had 4 hrs of sleep, and now what's helping mi is double shot Starbucks coffee.

My younger bro messaged me on msn juz now blaming me for not buying the F.E.A.R game he soooooo asked me to buy. He then accused me of using the delay tactic on him thinking that I'm not going to buy the game for him.

I asked him whether he liked the Architecture magazines I got for him and whether they are of any use to him. And that little Twerp didn't even bother answering my questions. He ended our so called "conversation" by saying things like "Forget it" and logged off.

WAH!! HELLO!! I've been bying this for him all these years since I was in Secondary School!! Getting Gundam DIY kits that cost over $200, shoes, games and more Gundam stuff!! GOD!! I Feel like screaming and blowing off my top!! Or maybe I already am!!

Finally, for the first time in 25 yrs of my life.. I rebonded my hair on Monday. Total damage plus treatment products $294 *drops dead* Satisfaction rate = 100% <-- got to be 100% or I'd have killed myself!!

heeWent to Kimage and looked for Sam the Master Stylist to rebond my hair cuz got review from dear that his colleague went to him last time and the result is fantastic (not the present tense heee). Oh well, I thought of going for the $130 type following F's recommendation at this place in Serangoon but dear told mi dun later go there regret, juz go to Kimage and let the Master Stylist do for u. Hmm sounds cocky huh? But well, sometimes the opposite sex is right, maybe going to Kimage is the right move, eventhough my pocket is still burning from the payment.

Went to this Baccarat place to eat buffet lunch, my aunt's treat for my parents n uncle n I tagged along hehehe The place's not bad ba, cuz now got 1 for 1 offer. After that we accompanied my uncle for his medical check-up then we went shopping at Heeren and Takashimaya.

Geez... parents can really shop too yah?? I think they shop more than mi, cuz I alwayz seem to groan inwardly whenever my mom ask mi wan to go out to this or that shopping centre. Cuz No 1: she always buy too many stuff eventhough there's only 2 of us carrying the stuff back; No 2: sometimes she buys unneccessary things; No 3: she likes to deelli deli; No 4: I'm always very very tired by the time we got back home.

Maybe there's something wrong with mi. I dun really like to shop, well not as in shop shop, I mean I like to shop but I don't want to spend my whole day doing it. When I go shopping, usually I know what I want to buy and once I got my stuff, I want to go home liao hee hee.... Hmm come to think about it, maybe that's why when I was little, my mom would get my thing last hahaha

Aniwayz, got a few architectural magazines for my younger brother. I heard from my mother that he's quite the architect hm... but you know how mothers can be when talking about their kid, they tend to exaggerate. She was telling mi how my younger brother once designed a home in the shape of a guitar. I was thinking hmmmm interesting!! I would really like to see how that home turn out to be. I must admid that he's the artistic one in the family, I believe my mom is telling the truth about his talent as an architect. So I thought, buying him a few magazines would broaden his "sight".

Then we head to my aunt's place for dinner and accompanied my cousins to watch a teen serial flick. *faint* hehehe Yeah, the last time I use to watch these flicks was ages ago! Like remember the teen flicks like "Saved by the Bell" kinda teen flicks? *lol* It reminded mi of how carefree teens can be and I thought like hey... I was NEVER that free during my secondary school days! Maybe the American teenagers have more teen life than Singaporean teenz will ever have. Kinda sad huh, missing all the fun and idolizing cute stars n going gaga over them together with ur frenz. And in someways it saddens mi too cuz it would be great having those crazy moments with your gal frens instead of being serious in ur studies all the time. Heck!! No time to mess around in Singapore!

Well, here I am back home feeling dead beat, while my parents went out again to do some late nite shopping at Mustafa Centre. I surrender liao... Let my big brother accompany them *hee hee* Tomorrow dear's going to treat my parents n uncle to dinner before they fly back to Jakarta on Thursday nite. And tomorrow's my night shift liao... opz... so long never work, I wonder whether I can be as proficient as before. That day our lady boss commented to mi that I always look busy *hmmm thinking* that can be interpreted into 2 different meanings. No 1: I am the type that chao keng and look busy at the "right" time; or No 2: I am hardworking and always find things to do therfore always look busy.

Frankly speaking, really trully I hope she meant to say the second interpretation. Heck!! If not all that I've been doing is wasted and I won't have the drive to continue working in TTSH liao. That would be a reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally bad thing cuz I'm starting to realllllllllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyy like this place ^_^

Dream of my grandfather..

I don't know what prompt me to have that dream.. In the dream, my grandfather called me saying that he's going to Hong Kong for holiday and wanted to speak to me for a while on the phone before he goes.

I know that my grandparents are planning to go to Hong Kong soon, but I don't think I dwell on it too much to cause me to have this dream.

In my dream, it's like my grandfather wanted to talk to me just to catch up on our lives. And it seems to me that he didn't want to put down the phone, he just wanted to talk to me more. And I got this feeling of sadness like... like as if it's the last phone call I'd ever get from my grandfather. That feeling made me want to cry, but i wouldn't because he wanted to hear my voice.

Then i woke up........ wondering....... if all these were real.......... We are not really in talking terms since young. We're those type of family I guess, or was it just because of me the quiet type. Maybe the latter one makes more sense.

But judging having no urgent phone calls... everything shud be allright. My mom says that if we dream of someone dying, that person actually has a long life, "panjang umur" they say in Indonesian.

Yepz! Yesterday Newpaper published this article on a JC GP Teacher "making fun" of the mistakes that her students make on their General Paper. Her intentions are good in the sense that pointing out the mistakes of her students in a fun way. It is not actually made for ridiculing the students and yet some people interpret it the wrong way, as usual.

It makes me wonder how much longer can Bloggers blog freely on net. It's like a matter of time before your queue number is up and hey! My blog is published on newspaper for bla bla bla... Nightmare huh? Here we are supposedly to be blogging for ourselves and for the audience too to some extent. But who knows, next time we'll be writing what others want to read, writing what is expected of us, what is deemed "right" for the public. Haha... maybe in future, there'll be an online editor where our blog have to be edited before it's published on net. Geez...

Here I am waiting like a fugitive, not knowing whether I can even write my own story...

2005 Staff Photo Taking Day

We had an all staff photo taking day today at 8am in the morning *frown* And I happen to be on study leave, but I am really glad I took the effort to wake up at 7am n go to work just for the photo taking. I think only BTS staff showed almost full force *griN* out of 9 permanent staff, 7 came!! Isn't that amazing!? haha.... Other sections maybe only the section leaders and 1 or 2 med techs came hee... muz show our BTS dedication =P kekekeke

Oh yah... all becuz of the "Moon Child" movie, I got to know of Gackt Camui!! *sigh dreamily* He's sooooooooooooo pretty kekeke yeap he's a "pretty" n cool J-Rocker and I'm totally, well not totally but almost obsessed with his songs *lol* Oh geezz.... I'm having a late teen-hood idol frenzy tendency at 25 yrs old! Eeeeekkzzzz =P I'm even considering to write a fanmail to Gackt wuahahaha.... how silly can we can in idolizing stars huh? *smiles*

That's probably there's an extra bounce to my walk around the lab these days ^_^ I don't feel the stress from approaching deadlines any longer, no more presentations to prepare and all I have left is the Mol Micro exam this Friday.

I juz feel..... well lucky that I am working somewhere I really like, ppl may say that shift work suckz cuz u have to work Night shift and work on weekends, but I find that I really like shift work. Before, I felt that if I have shift work, I would have no control over my life, no time for my family or my loved ones. And yet now I felt that I have more time for myself, for my friends and for me to relax, plus! I get more money from allowance wuahahaha....

But I wonder, after my degree course is over, I would have nothing to look forward to. *frown* Without pressure or stress, I cannot perform well. haha... yah, I'm that kind of person. Gimme a lot of time and I'll slack and nuazzz... give me tight schedule, pressure and stress, I'll perform and perhaps excell. Does that make me an abnormal person? Hmmm...

A small amout of stress can be a good thing you see, cuz without it, there's nothing to drive us to perform and we would remain stagnant cuz why would we do more since we are comfortable where we are already? ;)

My exam is on Friday and my colleague W is so nice to give me a token of encouragement for my studies. And it wasn't even planned! I was talking to W about part-time studies and that I'll be on leave cuz Friday I have an exam coming and a like 15 min later, W came to me and gave me a card written with words of encouragement for my exam. I think W is very thoughtful and I really didn't expect it at all! Thanks W ^_^

My horrible horrible nightmare.............

I was at this school where seems like students were missing 1 by 1 mysteriously. Then clues led to the school abandoned swimming pool. The swimming pool was unmaintained with algae and water hyacinth growing on the surface of the water.

So the police was called to investigate the pool. They brought dogs to scout the swimming pool, ya with the dog swimming along in the pool. The police was like carrying this net like thing to scoop things up from the bottom and bringing it up to the surface to inspect cuz cannot see since the water is murky.

The dogs were barking, but the police dun know why. Some of the nets brought up satchets of pills from the pool. So initially they thought maybe the missing students were either on drugs or were drugged then killed. Upon seeing closer, one of the police noted that the drugs name was Panbesy 70!! <-- HOW THE HECK PANBESSY APPEARS HERE I DUN KNOW, I WAS A BIT SHOCKED! haha

Then they thought that something really funny is going on, then decided to put inspect the pool thoroughly by diving physically using the gas tank n goggles n stuff. In my dream, my vision was of this guy who's diving. He dived down and looked in front of him (1 side of the pool), it was empty, nothing suspicious really. So he turned to the other side of the pool....... guess in behold.......... What he saw, almost choked him of air.

He saw mangled body parts scattered everywhere at the bottom of the pool. Some of them as if ripped apart physically from their body, heads with eerily floating hair hung mid-water, eyes gorged open.

The police quicky dive up and called the unit to secure the area! They were dealing with a killing maniac on the loose. So the police secured the area and students were cleared, then as they were scurrying the area they notice that on the second floor where there was this abbatoir for cows (place where they kill cows for meat, dunno why it was in the school oso) then amongst the cow carcasses that were hung on hooks........ there were actually a few naked bodies hung as well.........

Then what happens next is a blur, like there were 3 Convicts hired by the police themselves to hunt this supposedly Insane Killing Maniac. 3 of them scouted different areas... My vision was focused on one of the convict, he's like 1.6m tall and was told to scout the chimney area? Gee my dream was getting weirder n weirder, he climed up the stairs and when he reached the top, he saw someone suspicious coming through the school compound clad in black leather outfit and looks menancing. This convict guy went to take out this hose with a sharp end connected to a fuel tank, i suppose he wanted to burn this maniac alive, but when the convict approaches the maniac, there was a little brawl and the maniac manages to overcome the convict, the maniac grab the hose and jabbed the sharp end to the convict guy and filled him with FUEL!! and I dunnno what he did, but he manage to get fire into this poor convict guy... then the guy blew up to pieces.............

The rest of the dream was a blur to me then, there were scenes of torture, but can't really place words on the scenes cuz i can only remember snipets of it... overall........ one of the scariest dream i ever had, I woke up feeling agitated and couldn't really or not wanting to fall asleep again cuz I was afraid the dream would continue........

Let mi not have this dream again tonite.....

It's been a long time since I met H. The last time I saw her was probably when i graduate Secondary School ^_^. At first me n J wanted to watch Fantastic 4 at Cine after my work, but last min we got news that H is in town for a few days before she fly off to Sydney. So the 3 of us decided to gather for dinner instead at Parkway Parade.

We went window shopping ard, zipped in and out of the shops. H bought some cosmetics from Esprit for her sis in Syd while J and I browsed through. All of us went to see the Mango Sale, but none of the stuff are that nice.. I found 1 quite cute top, but haiz........ the cleavage cut is sooo lowww... not that I am that well endowed also =P That reminds mi. H's boobs came into the topic quite a few times *lol* she's very full up there. J and I are envious of her, hmm... I guess it's all natural hehe, no push-up bras required. I wonder what we can do to boost that area a lil =D

Girls will always be girls, we talked about the 3 main topics: clothes, cosmetics and diets. haha... Sorry guys, u are not included =P I am really glad I put on some make up today, if not I'll really be left out. I kinda find putting on make up tedious loh =P hehe... But hmm I tink I tend to put on make up when i meet my girlfriends compared to meeting my bf. Well, he's not the kind that prefers girls to wear make-up anyway hehe He said so himself!! I was kind of bewildered and relieved hehe He says he like his girl to be natural but i guess a lil make up now n then shudn't be a problem.

Well those two, J and H are really into make up!! From Clinique to Anna Sui to Estee Lauder to Bobby Brown to whatever high end cosmetics brand, they've tried it and are their usual brand of cosmetics. Wow.. First of all, I feel quite envious cuz they can appreciate these stuff. Not that I don't appreciate them, but I feel that spending $60 on liquid foundation or $30 on eye shadows or others are very "sayang" u know? I woudn't mind buying them if I can afford it, but I guess having my current pay doesn't warrant me to buy a lot of stuff to pamper myself. Usually, when I go shopping, even if it's to buy a shampoo or moistutising lotion, I'd think 3 to 4 times before makind a decision and most of the time, I would have managed to convince myself that I don't really need those stuff and I would end up not buying anything. Kind of sad when I think about it =O

That's why when I go shopping with my parents in Jakarta, I'd tend to splurge cuz I don't get to do these things when I'm in Sg shopping by myself. But, when I go shopping with my girlfriends like J, hmmm dunno why I don't really put a lot of constraints on buying stuff. I would be like more ready to buy actually. Psychological reasoning prehaps? So today, I bought Bio-Essence Sunscreen moisturising Cream, Loreal Toner and almost bought Esprit's 4 tones concealer but refrained myself =P.

We all had wanted to eat the Japanese restaurant at I think the 3rd floor. Name hmmm I tink it's "Sakana" or something like that, it's a place where we all use to hang out n eat when we all were in Sec School. But..... hai... we went up and it was not there anymore *sob* became a Sony Shop (if i remember correctly, hehe my memory is badddd). So we ate at Sakae Sushi at basement instead. U know what I find, I think I shud talk more when I eat, so that I will get full faster consuming little food. hehe Cuz we didn't eat much today but from all the talking, we actually feel stuffed!! Another diet plan I can take. We all talk about dieting and our diet regime and stuff. I think for the 3 of us, our weight kinda fluctuates a lot. It's very easy for us to gain weight, but so very hard to lose those fats. Duhh.. what's new? =)

We talked in Sakae Sushi till like 10.30 till it's time for us to head home cuz it was almost closing time =) Yawnn.... Going out with them really makes me feel like pampering and taking some serious beauty regime myself. So after I bathed juz now, I put on my face cream then lathered myself with moisturising lotion all over my skin ^_^. Wondered if tomorrow I shud put on some make up hmmmm........... But i kinda feel like going to gym tomorrow... hmm we'll see hehehe...

hmm.. I dun tink he wud wan me to annouce, but well I'm feeling rather estatic!! hehehe He smsed me this afternoon that they promoted him to an IT Manager!! Plus a $400 increment leh!! hahaha We can plan our wedding liao =D Well.. Still like $70 short from our combined target pay, but I dun tink $70 wud matter much maaaa?

Hmm where do we go from here. I also blur, think can ask Leena what to do lol... Hmm It's kinda nice if we were to be engaged first now that target is reached, but I dun tink that my bf is the type that like to be engaged. Kind of unnecessary, but I tink it's kinda romantic telling ppl that my bf is my fiance rather than just a bf =P kekekeke Come to think abt it, it's been like forever that I wanted to be engaged to be married first. hmmmmmmm wonder if it'll ever come true?

Neways, there's like tons of politics happening at work. Dang!! It's like three-fold of the politics occuring at my previous workplace. *sweat* There's like inter-department silent war, more like civil war to me. I try not to get too involved but haiz... at times it's unavoidable loh.. Makes me think that looks certainly are deceiving. Some ppl are not what they seem.. and I thought otherwise.. Juz watched a romantic Korean movie titled "My Boyfriend is Type-B". Verdict? Personally, I find it nice ^_^ worth my $12. Dunno why, but there's something about the movie that "moved" me, like somehow it connects with me, and towards the end of it, tears just flow down slowly and I didn't even feel like crying. It's subtle yet hits the right spot. I'll watch it again next time =)

Then we head down to PS to check out this art n craft store at hmm i tink level 4. I got this sudden urge to start a scrap book of my own hehe.. Oh my.. me n my 1 min urge thing. But really, those craft stuff are really super cool... they're so creative! But price wise hmm... if only they're a lil bit cheaper, that'll be nice.

I think I tend to spend a lot of money when I'm ard J hehe... I think it'z juz a girl thing, shopping with a girl definitely brings out the best shoppaholics out of us. How much did I spend today hmmm... *counting* Tink close to $100 haha.. oh man...

Juz got my yearly salary increment erm... pro-rated *sob* cuz I've only joined the company for 4 months. So that's like 2.5% of my current salary plus $10 then divided by 12 months n times 4. Well......... better than nothing ba =D Next I'm waiting for more good news, that's the half year bonus (pro-rated again of course) that'll come to like 0.65 of my pay. heee not bad, I can go shopping for my bf's bday present liao which is coming in Oct, hmm mebbe a lil bit too earli to go shopping for his pressie but we'll see =)

The unavoidable

Sometimes as u know life can be so unpredictable.. they happen when u least expected it. I just got home from the hospital.. My grandfather is warded yesterday because out of a sudden, he could not move his lower left leg. We thought that it was because of his blood sugar was too low or something.

They did a brain scan and the doctor came with the results juz now and explained to us. It turned out that my grandfather suffered a minor stroke, that explains his sudden left leg paralysis... They showed his brain scan results, there's a slight 'activity' on his right brain which controls his left part of the body. But now he can move his left leg already, the doctor shows that he has shown great recovery. However, it does not mean that we can take this incidence lightly as his condition is not stable and he may fall down easily. We must make sure that he does not fall because he was given heparin (a substance which 'lightens' the thickness of the blood so that the occurance of a stroke may be reduced), if he falls n bleeds, the time taken for him to stop the bleeding will be prolonged greatly because of this heparin.

I thought I was holding out quite ok, but as I was saying my goodbye to my grandfather juz now.. I felt something heavy in my throat like as if I would cry.. I pray and hope that he would be ok..... =O I will visit him again tomorrow before my lesson start.

Oh, we got our couple phone too yesterday from Hello! Shop in Orchard. We finally decided on Mitsubishi M900 after a loooonnggg time of weighing pros n cons. Our first time also spending this much for a handphone! A hefty $500 a piece! Eekzzzz.... But the plan is really cheap!! Cuz we signed up using our CIS (Corporate Individual Scheme) from TTSH. We signed up for the "iOne Plus" Plan $14 only!!! kekekeke So wu hua! But the contract is 3 years, we can still renew our contract after 12 months or 24 months as usual, so we're both pretty ok with it.

Our choice was narrowed down to either Sony Eriksson S700 or Mitsubishi M900. I am staying away from Nokia cuz all of my previous phones are Nokias n frankly speaking I'm getting pretty sick of Nokias now hehehe... Though dear is really keen on this 6680, the new Nokia 3G phone.. still very ex at the moment and both of us really won't be using much of the 3G services, so getting a 3G phone wud be pretty much a White Elephant, other than the fact that it's cool =P

This Mitsubishi M900 is frankly speaking one of the best featured clamshells around in Singapore. It has 2Mega pix Camera, 15MB internal memory, 32MB external mini SD memory, 64 polyphonic, Video Recording, MP3 playback n ringtone, GPRS, infrared n etc etc hehehe satisfies more or less what dear wans (external memory) n mine (mp3 ringtone) wahahhaha... so there we have, our very first couple phone ^_^ a first 'couple thing'. Our numbers are also very close!! The only difference is our last digit hehehe His is 1 and mine is 4 kekekeke =D We have to send it for software upgrading though, which dear mentioned that it's not free =( N he did warn me though that there's no software bundled with the phone. Oh well, as long that there are pros, there will be cons as well yah? =)

As for the moment, we are pretty satisfied with our babies ^_*

I'm sooo pIssed at LS at work. Juzt becuz she don't like a certain thing, she went n critisize like nobody business. I was talking to YR abt last week's Desperate Housewives's episode cuz she, CL and mi simply love to watch the show. Then LS buttz in and said that she caught a lil bit of the first episode of the Desperate Housewives on TV media on bus <-- dunno wHY the heck she calls it TV media when it's supposed to be TV mobile!!

Then she says that the whole show has no meaning, the people who watch it are those who are into sex n stuff... <-- WA LAOOOO!!! Here we are YR n mi sitting beside her and talking abt the show passionately and she went to say THAT? What the hell was she implying?? That YR n mi watch the show regularly juz because we are THAT sort of ppl? How NARROW MINDED can u be huh?? AND if it IS really abt SEX n nothing else, wud Singapore TV actually ALLOW that to be aired at all??!!!?? GOD some ppl can be soooo SHALLOW!!

N she's has this attitude that she knows it all and that she's a class above others juz because most of us are only Diploma Holders and she is a Degree graduate. The funny thing is that she cannot get a science related job with her science degree. Damn I really detest this kind of people. If you don't like something, doesn't mean u have to go n critisize until like that ma... so TACTLESS!! Gosh!! I can't believe such ppl exist!
