Hitch

We celebrated my dad's 48th bday yesterday =) I bought him a cake from Angie's Choice and then we went to Cafe Cartel to celebrate. It took them like 40 min to find a table for 8 of us. yeapz 8 of uz.. my family and my aunt's family. I didn't have time to enjoy my food actually.. the food came at 8.30pm and I have booked tickets to see Hitch at 8.40pm. So when the food arrived, I literally have to gobble everything down and rush up to 7th floor to meet dear n go into our cinema. I wud have loved to stay at Cartel longer juz to talk n enjoy family dinner, but hmmm i shud have booked a later slot for the show.. but I didn't think that we wud get our seats so late!! haiz... I tot we wud start our dinner at 7pm and wud have had ample time to enjoy family dinner. bleah... next time maybe =)

I watched Hitch starring Will Smith yesterday with dear at PS. It tells us that sometimes love needs opportunity to work. A lil nudge to get love moving in motion. Don't u tink that's true? I mean for my case with Fai.. internet gave us the opportunity to meet n get to know eachother better.

N it's trough the virtual world that we found vast similarities as well as differences and to know that crucial thing..... to see whether we clicked or not. Considering my nature in real life, would I have the courage to know a stranger in depth as I would have known Fai? Hell no! I wud be too shy to even carry a polite conversation to a friendlier banter. Maybe after sometime I would be able to, but life doesn't give us such opportunities often eh? It's like, realistically, in this world i tink 1st impressions wud define the course of nature more. Juz take it as 1st interviews, u either make it or make a blunder of urselves even before u actually have the interview.

I am not embarrassed to have met my loved one through the internet. Give or take. Give up ur chance to meet the potential love interest or take the risk and get a chance to meet that wonderful someone. =) Which is it? Opportunities come in all sort of ways.. could even juz that "Hi" you exchanged with someone on the street, workplace, neighbour or in the lift maybe? =P It's up to u to choose to carry out the conversation to the next level or juz end it with a "bye" and a smile.

Life is so full of choices, fate comes to u everyday and let u choose the path u want to take. =)
