Almost match-made at wOrK

yepz, got that right. Well it came thru as a pretty innocent question. Tess asked me whether or not I have a bf. I told her yepz hehe.. Then she asked whether he's in Sg. I replied yepz again n smiled =)

Then she told me that she's got a bachelor son who's like 30 yrs old working in California. He's has an American Citizenship now but still swinging single and as what mothers usually do, they wud of course try to get a nice girl for their sons... He's also loaded from what I heard from her, cuz he's like the head of this IT company in the States. Hmm hehe sounds pretty successful to mi. She had asked another girl before at our work place but that girl has already ROM last year. The other girl that she likes n find rather suitable for her son is......... me *lol* awwwww I'm sooooo touched =P She asked me if I know of any girl that she could intro to her son. Heee... Anione interested? =D

I sms-ed dear at lunch telling him that someone's trying to match make me at work and told him the details. Guess what he replied... He told me, I quote: "Sounds good haha" I replied, "Wah.. offer ur own gf? Haven die before arh? =P" hehe I actually predicted what he wud reply hahaha Seems like I'm getting to know him further to the next level =)

Works pretty much the same. The thing that I dun get is that why sometimes I get caught up in something which I'm not involved in?? Is it I care too much?? Like the other day someone actually labelled a specimen from the Emergency Department wrongly!! I was at my break that time when it occured and that person didn't leave his/her initial at the labelling record book where our liability wud be accounted for if say we label specimens wrongly. And so happens that I come back that they found the mistake and all of the sudden I have the wrongly labelled specimen plus the order form and results on my hand. I was like............... huh? I wasn't even the one who did it loh? I dun wan to push the blame or anything but wah... I'm like still new there loh, cannot even certify results yet, how u expect me to settle this loh? Sebastian was not in the area and like almost everyone avoiding me cuz dun wan anything to do with the wrongly labelled specimen. Makes me thing that they think I was the one who did it loh... I felt really sucky then... wa lao....... why why why must I be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Stewpid........ Next time I'll be more clever n siam! If like this my reputation in the lab wud go down in the drain siah.....

Juz now we had a mask fitting session where they taught us how to wear the N95 mask from 3M juz in case there's SARS breakout again in SG. If that occurs, we are required to wear this mask when we work. So we put on the mask and they spray this solution that tastes bitter. So if we didn't put our masks properly, the solutions aerosols wud enter into our mouth and we wud taste the bitterness. That mask fitting session took like 2 hours hahaha... waste time, can go home faster! =P Cuz after the session, i only have to work for another hour then knock off liao woh! =)

I walked to work this morning and juz now I walked back home! hehehe Dear encouraged me to walk to work, even told me to wear angle and wrist weights when I walk. Siao! Later I become the next Jojo Sinclair =P hehehe
