2 Interviews Down!!

Finally.. I'm home!! So tired... yawnnnn..

I woke up at 6.30 am today juz to be double sure that I'm not late and have ample time to prepare. Well... I did like laze on the bed for a few more minutes haha! Then went to bathe, had my coffee, crimpped my hair straight, change clothes and lastly apply my make up. Tink I was all ready at 7.45 am, so I logged on to RO to play a lil bit to see see, browsed my blog and I went out of my house at 8.05am. Took MRT to Jurong East and then took the cab to The Synergy building for my 1st interview =D

Boy... there were 3 interviewer 1 French guy ( I assume he is French cuz of his name n accent), 1 lab manager and 1 senior med tech questioning me *sweat* They asked abt the company which I only know a lil bit abt cuz they only have the US based website and not the Sg website. They asked the killer questions like what do you know about our company? Then when I answered briefly, she asked me, "Anything more?" Then asked abt what was the most difficult situation you experience before and what did you do to overcome it? What are your strength and weaknesses? Tell us why should they employ me *sweat*. Questions upon questions were bombarded upon mi. But I guess lady luck was lending me a hand cuz by the end of the interview, I seem to have impressed them heee..

Later on I found out that Tracy, my ex colleague from Innovative, is working at this company which I was itnerviewed at!!! wow.... I didn't realise it until someone mentioned it to me! I sms-ed Tracy whether she is working there and told her I just went for interview there thiz mornin hehehe.. She replied that she has spoken to her boss and tell him/her that she know me. hmm But I wonder what kind of feedback will she be giving me... hmmmm I hope good onez ya? =D

After that I rushed to Ayer Rajah Crescent by cab again for my 2nd interview. I reached at 10.25am and went up to the place. Wow........ the place is HUGE!! Compared to my lab it's like... phew.. I tink it can easily be 10 times bigger than my lab. I was ushered in to see the manager. Did the usual stuff like filled up my application form and stuff then went in to have a 1-on-1 interview with him.

First impression I got on him.. hmm I think he's a great boss. The kind of boss that I think everyone wants to have. He's friendly, supportive and understanding. He gives you the feeling that you can be really frank to him and he's actually encouraging it. He believes that everyone is different and would like to plan the work that really suits us. If I were to join the company, he would be there to guide me and plan my career path. It's like wow!! That's the kind of managing qualities that I'm looking for in a boss! It really makes me think that he uses effort to create a very condusive working environment. One where everyone is happy working, helping each other and working as a family, as a team. It's 21 days leave!! There's of course some times where u have to work on Sunday, but only once in like 1.5 months. Everytime u work on a Sunday, u get $60! wow..

So I'll get to know the outcome of the first interview by next Friday, this second interview I'm not quite sure yet cuz he told me it's up to the HR department. I hope all offers or rejections will come at the appropriate time so that I can choose the job which best suits me. Now there's the ttsh interview left, that's next tuesday hehehe

yawnnn I work afternoon shift today. Ended work at 8.30 pm today =)
